PETHERTON PARK Boarding Contract
We require that you sign a
Boarding Contract &
Veterinary Consent form when leaving your pet with us.
The form outlines the terms & conditions of boarding
your pet with us – and ensures that if we do have an
emergency situation with your pet we can seek Veterinary
treatment.
All pets to be completely up to date with vaccinations;
Dogs C5 / Cats F3
The Vaccination Certificate is required to be viewed as
proof of vaccination before completion of the Boarding
Contract
